This document can be used by board members to provide details on specific jobs they need a volunteer to fill. The first form is for more structured/long term positions

This document can be used to form an agreement with a volunteer. This helps set expectations and ensure the volunteer is committed to helping out. Sometimes people will volunteer but then not really contribute.

The Welcome Letter can be used to formally recognize the new volunteer. Like the commitment form, this can help ensure the volunteer is truly engaged.
