As a contributor, I want to know how to contribute effectively while keeping some consistency throughout the site.

As an owner of part of the knowledge base, I want to be able to refer to "ground rules" when moderating new edits/comments ("grooming")

As a PMP new to agile, I need a FAQ to answer my basic questions around agile and how to get started based upon a ‘common’ agile issue or question (e.g. What PMBOK processes does Agile replace or modify? I’ve heard that Agile promotes self-managing teams, so do Agile projects have project managers?  How does a scrum master differ from a project manager?).
