Agile government — oxymoron or not?  Join us to find out: the PMI Government SIG is hosting a webinar in cooperation with the PMI Agile Community of Practice on the topic of agile government.

Agile government is not only possible, but it is experiencing growing momentum.  Across the globe, more government project managers are using Agile techniques to deliver value early and often. But how is this possible? How can a program be agile if it charted by multi-year funding cycles, and measured by performance-to-plan? How can projects to be compliant without the appropriate bureaucratic controls?  How can transparency work in a government culture? In this presentation, we will cover several real world examples, ranging from health agencies to science ministries. These examples will reveal proven strategies to address these issues, which you can begin implementing on your government project.
